This specialised module looks at the differing ways that adults learn. We get to learn about this topic through various sources, with the most important one being our own experience as adult learners. As well as looking at the differing theories there is also an opportunity to put this into practice with a practical assignment. This involves getting a group of adults together and putting on a ‘learning event’, which will seek to develop our skills. We also work on relating our abilities to educational theory and theology through structured reflection into the practice of Christian Ministry.
